Yulant provides computer vision analytics for badminton matches, smash radar metrics, unforced error diagnostics, and highlight reels.

Users must register with valid credentials and maintain the security of their login accounts. Accounts may not be transferred or sold to third parties.

2Court Recording & Player Consent Obligations

When setting up cameras in public gymnasiums or sports facilities, users agree to uphold facility rules and player courtesy:

• Consent: Ensure fellow players and opponents on court are aware and consent to match recording.
• Safety: Position tripods safely behind baseline borders without creating tripping hazards for adjacent courts.
• Permitted Use: Videos are strictly for personal skill analysis, coaching, and recreational sharing.

3Subscriptions, Early-Bird Pricing & Refunds

Yulant offers Free, Amateur, and Pro subscription tiers.

• Early Bird Beta Price: Subscriptions initiated during beta at $19/mo are permanently locked for the lifetime of active subscription.
• Easy Cancellation: Cancel automatic renewal anytime in app settings before the next billing period.

4Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All algorithms, software interfaces, and logos are the proprietary intellectual property of the company.

Users retain 100% full copyright ownership over their uploaded match videos and exported highlight reels.

5Disclaimers & Service Availability

Analytics and Hawk-Eye calls serve as training and feedback aids. Users acknowledge that varying court lighting and occlusion may cause statistical tolerances.

6Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable governing laws.
